The client needed a refresh that reduced input friction during onsite claim capture, improved photo and form workflows, and supported offline reliability. The app had to work fast in variable connectivity and enable quick, accurate submissions from field adjusters.

We designed a multi-layered information architecture focused on speed, reliability, and clarity. The interaction design emphasized one-handed use, large targets, and error-tolerant inputs. We validated flows with shadowing sessions, paper prototypes, and performance-testing to ensure the app supported real-world field constraints.

Visual Identity

The Artigem design system reflects the app’s purpose of recording and managing insured inventory through a clean, modern visual identity. The logo integrates stylized vertical bars inspired by audio waveforms, symbolizing the act of recording item details, while maintaining a geometric simplicity that ensures versatility across devices. The color palette combines a confident purple with a vibrant pink, balancing professionalism and approachability, complemented by neutral black and white for clarity and contrast. These colors are consistently applied across app screens, marketing materials, and UI components to create brand cohesion. Typography is set in SF Pro, chosen for its legibility, modernity, and alignment with iOS design standards, ensuring smooth readability in the fast-paced, on-the-go workflows of insurance adjusters.
